governor’s gala tonight.

Today’s is father’s day :)

Both my brothers Liam and Conner are in town! 

The governor of Virginia, and his wife,  are throwing a gala tonight to raise money for ovarian cancer.

The whole family and I are going. I can guarentee that mom and dad will shell out at least a couple hundred thousand. Maybe more. 

“Anything to help the sick and less fortunate….” as my father always says. 

Great, just what I want to do on a Sunday night before journalism camp starts— dress in a puffy unconfortable dress, while mingling with rich, ungrateful people. 

At least Liam and Conner will be there. They’ll be my saving grace tonight.
